Requested access is limited to what is required for the engagement. We favor individual, named accounts with the most restrictive permissions compatible with the work to be performed.

Working in your environment

Configuration, workshops, and validation are carried out directly in the client’s Salesforce environment wherever possible. Client teams retain visibility into operations and decisions.

Confidentiality

Information accessed during an engagement is used solely for its delivery. A non-disclosure agreement may be signed before any exchange requiring access to sensitive information.

Personal data and GDPR

When an engagement involves processing personal data on the client’s behalf, the roles, purposes, retention periods, and responsibilities are defined in the appropriate contractual framework.

AI under control

Any potential use of an artificial intelligence service involving client data or content must be agreed with the client, including authorised tools, excluded or anonymised information, human validation, and retention rules.

Specialists under clear oversight

Any additional specialists involved as required are subject to the confidentiality obligations applicable to the engagement. Their scope and access remain limited to what is necessary.
